Vertically Awesome, Health & Fitness - Central North Island
Vertically Awesome - Health and Fitness has been operating since 2011 in the central North Island.
The mobile studio offers tuition in pole, yoga, dance, performance coaching, choreography and nutrition right across the country in the form of one off workshops, short courses and personal online mentoring. All of this is run by Trillian, based off of 27 years worth of dance training and performance, 20 years of yoga practice and a whole lot of passion. She gained her Solo Seal Diploma for Jazz Dance in 2004, certificate IV in Performing Arts in 2005, Level 1 & 2 Xpert Pole Fitness instructor in 2013 and was the first person in NZ to become a licensed instructor for Cleo The Hurricane's Rockin' Legs N Abs workout in 2016.
Trillian tours nationally and internationally performing and teaching and relishes any opportunity to be a student and learn from others.
The Studio - Mnt Maunganui, Hamilton, Whangarei
The Studio first opened in Mount Maunganui mid 2011, having the tallest poles in NZ at 6 metres high!
Our Hamilton location soon followed. This year we are pleased to open our 3rd Studio location in Whangarei!
Between our 3 studios we have 20 instructors and over 250 ladies that attend our classes and growing each week. We offer pole, burlesque, Aerial hoop, silks and handstand/contortion classes.
Our instructors love to dance and our goal is to inspire our members to enjoy pole and aerial as much as we do!
We are pleased to have had a national winner the last 4 years in a row and are all looking forward to this year’s competition.

Entering into its third year of operation, the beautiful Body Electric Pole Dance Studio is home to many of Wellington's best pole dancers. Its expert and highly experienced trainers, who have taught in multiple pole studios both in New Zealand and abroad, welcome students from all walks of life into over 40 pole and conditioning classes per week. Body Electric's stunning studio space is centrally located in Wellington's Cuba Street, and equipped with 10 state of the art dual mode spinning and static poles, full length mirrors and polished wooden floors. The studio also features a fully stocked pole gear shop, offering products to satisfy every pole dancer's needs. Pole crops and shorts, legwarmers, grip aids, knee pads, grip gloves, leggings and more, are available seven days a week during studio hours, and on site eftpos facilities make purchasing items a breeze.
